  I am a new patient at this Practice, and visited today for my first appointment. I was a little apprehensive having read negative reviews before, but was pleasantly surprised with the service. I could see the Reception staff were busy taking appointments over the phone when I first arrived, but I was booked in quickly by one of them as soon as they were off the phone. Also noticing a computer terminal next to reception that could also be used for this, something to note for the future! The waiting room was quite busy but not noisy. Having attending first thing in the morning it was bound to be busy. I was called through to see Dr Foley a short while later, and was very impressed with her quick diagnosis, detailed explanation in an understandable way, and the treatment required. She gave me a printout of what I needed to know of the condition, and it was all handled in a professional, friendly manner. I haven't been to the doctors in about 14 years, so to have this as my first experience at my new Surgery, I was very pleased. Very impressed. I think the only negative, which is nothing against this Surgery, is the fact that it is so hard to book appointments now. My partner had to call about 20 times to get through. However that is just a sign of the times now unfortunately. Thank you very much!!
